I ABSOLUTELY HATE pizza hut, even little Caesars is better, and that's saying something, since theirs taste like cardboard. But, it's my son's bday and this is what he wanted, so we ordered it. Awhile back (maybe 6/7months ago since the last time, but orders for the past 2+ years its been like this, like I said I hate it) when we ordered, the dough wasn't cooked all the way. Now, there's a whole new problem. The dough is cooked, but there's no damn sauce on any of the pizzas. When you call, the manager always gives an attitude. (It seems like their is a new manager every time I've called). The "cheesy bread", aint nothin cheesy about it. The cheesy bread is hard, and not even edible, theres not even any flavor. Just call it bread and leave it at that. You guys just need to give it up, file bankruptcy and maybe start baking cookies or something small that you MIGHT be good at. ~Odenton,MD

Had a very bad experience with Pizza Hut tonight. Not only was the pizza overcooked and cold, the man who answered the phone explained to me that it was my fault because I ordered light cheese on thin crust and they have to cook all pizzas the same amount of time. We used to love Pizza Hut. The relationship is over!

Location: 2176 Pass Rd. Biloxi, MS 39531 I ordered an 1 large 3 topping pizza and I ordered extra marinara and cheese on it and guess what? IT HAD NO SAUCE AT ALL AND NO EXTRA CHEESE!!! I guess pizza hut robbing people at this point or something because they pizza been disgusting lately and the workers just mess over your food and the managers in these joints are all for it! This my 5th bad experience with pizza hut back to back this is sad and I think soon pizza hut will be getting shutdown! Plus pizza was sticking to the box ripping the pizza like what yall got it gorilla glued to the box and the pizza was dry as an desert I threw it away im done with pizza hut forreal!

I give the Pizza Hut in Sacramento, CA, Fulton Ave a -0 stars. They have gotten my orders completely wrong. I have tried to come to a resolution, agreement, compromise. However, they DO NOT care about the customers. I've asked them replace or refund me my payment. They could of at least brought me a correct order. They said I couldn't order from pizza Hut again. I've had to throw away the pizza more than once! They said to go ahead and complain with corporate. I will no longer order again 😭.

I’m a Pizza Hut fan, but are local Pizza Hut is becoming a joke. I still haven’t heard back from them. I did not get my Bogo wings and they were over fried. The manager said you didn’t order through the app but I did .

I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I'm in Lindale, Texas and I ordered for delivery and got screwed. I'm disabled and can't drive at the moment. They didn't bring everything I ordered and when I called back to tell them they said I didn't order what was missing. Then he asked his co-worker that took my order and he admitted he screwed up. So the manager at that time said he will send it back to me at no charge. Well, they never came back. So I went to bed still hungry. When I woke up, I called them back and talked to the manager that wouldn't give me her name and she was very unprofessional. Also during lastnights ordering, I told the manager all I had was $100 bills and he said yes he can accept that. I said out of $100 bill, I will pay $40 and just give me $60 back in change. He wasn't suppose to take a large bill like that, but he did. I gave extra money and I still got screwed and still went to bed HUNGRY. I order from Pizza Hut on a regular basis, but not any more. I will take my business elsewhere. No more Pizza Hut for me and my girlfriend. I'm going to tell everybody on how you do business. I even took pictures. I'm going to contact Aaron Powell and maybe he can fix his company. I'm also going to contact the BBB in Austin, Texas.Thank you......

I guess corporate doesn't respond to any comments left at this hq location but I'm going to post here anyway. What happened to the biggest chain pizza restaurant? You've continued a downward spiral like you don't even care if this brand stays or dies. I have one decent store that I regularly go to but the rest are absolutely terrible. No customer service, dirty, terrible food quality, and etc. From top to bottom this place has went from the number one pizza chain to something I want frequently but very rarely visit because of three aforementioned. I can't even log in half the time in the website and the app doesn't work for me at all. Your marketing team seems to still be working with ads and email discounts but worth some serious culture cleansing I feel this brand is close to the end of its life cycle. Perhaps the only saving part is that every one in awhile a store has good management that boosts sells for a short time but they never seem to stay around very long. I hope you can find some constructive criticism in this long review and do better. Please be better. Pizza Hut was a favorite of mine for over for decades.

"Thick Crust" pizza is horrible. Looks and tastes more like hand toss. Toppings were very scarce. The pizza in high school 30 years ago literally tastes better than Pizza Hut. I see why people are liking Domino's Pizza now. Damn sure tastes better than Pizza Hut 🤮
