I ABSOLUTELY HATE pizza hut, even little Caesars is better, and that's saying something, since theirs taste like cardboard. But, it's my son's bday and this is what he wanted, so we ordered it. Awhile back (maybe 6/7months ago since the last time, but orders for the past 2+ years its been like this, like I said I hate it) when we ordered, the dough wasn't cooked all the way. Now, there's a whole new problem. The dough is cooked, but there's no damn sauce on any of the pizzas. When you call, the manager always gives an attitude. (It seems like their is a new manager every time I've called). The "cheesy bread", aint nothin cheesy about it. The cheesy bread is hard, and not even edible, theres not even any flavor. Just call it bread and leave it at that. You guys just need to give it up, file bankruptcy and maybe start baking cookies or something small that you MIGHT be good at. ~Odenton,MD

Had a very bad experience with Pizza Hut tonight. Not only was the pizza overcooked and cold, the man who answered the phone explained to me that it was my fault because I ordered light cheese on thin crust and they have to cook all pizzas the same amount of time. We used to love Pizza Hut. The relationship is over!

Location: 2176 Pass Rd. Biloxi, MS 39531 I ordered an 1 large 3 topping pizza and I ordered extra marinara and cheese on it and guess what? IT HAD NO SAUCE AT ALL AND NO EXTRA CHEESE!!! I guess pizza hut robbing people at this point or something because they pizza been disgusting lately and the workers just mess over your food and the managers in these joints are all for it! This my 5th bad experience with pizza hut back to back this is sad and I think soon pizza hut will be getting shutdown! Plus pizza was sticking to the box ripping the pizza like what yall got it gorilla glued to the box and the pizza was dry as an desert I threw it away im done with pizza hut forreal!

I give the Pizza Hut in Sacramento, CA, Fulton Ave a -0 stars. They have gotten my orders completely wrong. I have tried to come to a resolution, agreement, compromise. However, they DO NOT care about the customers. I've asked them replace or refund me my payment. They could of at least brought me a correct order. They said I couldn't order from pizza Hut again. I've had to throw away the pizza more than once! They said to go ahead and complain with corporate. I will no longer order again 😭.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The pizza arrived missing slices, and I was told it was my fault. The manager refused to speak and denied my request for a refund. DO NOT USE the store on Cedar Rd in Chesapeake, VA CROOKS! UPDATE* This entire establishment is trash. I have submitted three separate claims for compensation due to poor leadership and neglect. I just received an email with the same BS line about how sorry they are, and in 1-3 days, I will receive contact from upper management. LIES, LIES, LIES! I know it's only $42, but the principle of good business practice does not exist in this corporation's leadership. If you can avoid Pizza Hut, please do. It's time for them to fail and move on.

Worst ever. First app was not working so I called the middletown Pizza Hut was told 18.00 for medium pan so I went online and ordered and got a large pan for 12.00 upon entering I asked for menu see attached photo to compare price I was given over the phone in which the in house menu price was different so I asked and was then told oh the prices are wrong but corporate will not get us new updated menus with correct pricing. So I then was told 5 more minutes for my order so I then receive my order 10 min later in a X-Large box and I questioned the pizza I was given it is NOT a large and certainly not a proper pan pizza. Dough obviously didn’t rise and the pizza crust was not crispy and raw see attached photos. I had the pleasure of managing the Kingston Pizza Hut and i prided myself on quality food that was consistent on every visit. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that Pizza Hut is losing the excellence it had several years ago.pizza was thrown out for I bought it for my employees and we did not have an oven to cook it more.

Tried to order the medium meat lovers/ the hut lovers and I was told that location didn’t offer that and that the closest to that was a med 3 item. Acceptable but not ideal. Then he started asking what crust. U could hardly understand him. But I kept telling him I wanted pizza huts original crust. What I got was SO disappointing! It wasn’t the thick original crust I asked for. It was flat like a tired that got flattened. It was so not worth the price. We have decided not to spend our hard earned money at Pizza Hut because of our experience! This was at the location in Santa Ana California on 17th and Flower.

Last week we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and asked for them to cook it longer than normal. Well it wasn't cooked when we got it. It was completely doughie and cold. We had to call them and have them remake it. Today, the same thing. It's NOT cooked. I'm filling a complaint with the BBB. They need to be held accountable for their nasty food.
