Hilton Richardson Dallas gave me a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and well-kept, with everything I needed for a good night’s rest. Service was solid overall, though a little more attentiveness at the front desk would’ve leveled it up. Location is convenient easy access to the highway and close to plenty of food spots.

This is a nice hotel and most people will like it. I hate making this review a complaint box, but here are a few things that make me not want to go back. The air conditioner fan does not have an option to run continuously, which is a must for me overnight for a hotel. Instead it stays in auto mode going on and off. The contrast between on and off constantly woke me up during the night, and when off I could hear the loud voices in the hall from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. and the DART train outside after 5 a.m. It was among the worst two nights of sleep I have had at a hotel. I could also not get the air temp quite cool enough, and the camping thick blanket (?) on the bed made it worse. Would like to have bedding that I can pull up more than to my ribs. I also hate the open bathroom sink that is immediately visible to anyone coming in and anyone in the hall upon opening the room door, which can be awkward for someone using that space to get ready. The room I was in is small (maybe they are larger when not part of the odd four-room corners), which is probably the reason they made the bathrooms this way and have the very small refrigerator and microwave in there also. The whole bathroom setup was uncomfortable. This is a high-rise HIlton, and I was just kind of expecting better from the rooms. The staff and other parts of the hotel are very nice, though.

I recently stayed here for 3x nights on a work trip. First the bad: The room wasn't very clean. Linens were clean but the bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair laying about and the bathroom counter was covered in dried water spots - not clean at all. Additionally (and this may be nitpicky) the hotel lobby coffee was not free. It's a small inconvenience, but just comes off like the hotel is trying to "nickel and dime" you. In fact a black coffee was $4.33...I've never been to a hotel that charges for coffee in the lobby. Now the good: The fitness room was fantastic. Largest and most well stocked I've ever seen at a hotel. 5/5 on this item. The Lone Fork Kitchen and Tap (bar and restaurant on the first floor) was actually pretty good despite the reviews. 4/5 on this item.

Bar gets very busy and slow service at times but drinks are good. Check with the front desk on how the F&B credits work. It's not typical of most Hiltons. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is decent but overpriced for what us essential the same thing you get at the other Hilton brands that include free breakfast. There is no executive lounge.

1m very busy and travel a lot for work. i have extremely simple expectations. expectations that should easily be determined by its star rating. 4 star used to mean a clean room with plenty of amenities. this is a barebones room, not particularly spacious, with superficially nice furnishings. none of which work particularly well. lamps that flicker, tv that takes 2 to 3 minutes to load up, ac AC that has 2 settings. little too hot or a bit too cold even if you only change the thermostat by 1 degree F. an extremely tiny fridge, seriously where did they find one this small, that doesn't stay cold, no microwave, a half-hearted coffee maker. I'm busy, I dont have time to go hang out in your mediocre restaurant. when I pick up the finest kabobs this side of the Mason Dixon, I should be able to put the left overs ina fridge and warm them up again the next day at any basic hotel. Finally, apparently, it doesn't get cleaned very thoroughly very often. I moved the nightstand to plug something in and found a TV remote for a TV that is not in this room and had literally about a cm of dust on it, suggesting it had been sitting there for the better part of year. visible sheet of dust around the top of the door frame. only positives are friendly staff and good location but I would never stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a road trip to Dallas. I would say the city rooms were not worth the extra cost as there was no large city in sight. My girls did think it was cool to be on a higher floor. The rooms were nothing special but we're clean and comfortable. The elevators were broken when we first arrived which meant a long wait time; however, they were fixed by morning. The outdoor pool was a special space. My daughter loved that the pool was warm. The fitness center was connected to the pool area which was an added bonus.

Probably the worst Hilton hotel i have ever seen. The staff was great but the hotel itself looks great on the outside but there is so many problems! I will just list a few. 1 elevator working in the morning, so if you stay on a high floor good luck getting to your destination on time! Elevator stops on ever floor when it is full because there is only one working! No wash cloths, only floor 10 has an ice machine. The advertisement says free complimentary breakfast but that is not true at all!! Also don't pay ahead of time for parking it's a scam!

Avoid this hotel at all cost; cockroaches in the restaurant bar, dusty beds, late/nonexistent house keeping, bugs in room despite no sealed windows, dirty towels, no complimentary water or tea bags, reports of mold. WHO RATED THIS A 4 STAR HOTEL?
