I would not recommend this software platform. Despite promises of reliable data, I found multiple inaccuracies that made the tool unusable for my business needs. When I contacted support to request a partial refund for the unused portion of my annual subscription, they flatly refused—even though the issue was due to their data not being accurate. It’s disappointing to see a company stand by a rigid no-refund policy instead of acknowledging product shortcomings. Potential users should be aware: once you pay, you’re locked in, regardless of performance or value.

Stay away because they’re thieves. They took my money for a membership and offered a no Internet Support for software glitches. I requested a refund and they denied my request. I got my bank involved then they blocked me from using their platform.

I used AirDNA to research my nightly rental property purchase. Not only did I find a ton of great data on the market, but it helped me understand the occupancy rates and revenue I could anticipate. Happy to say my revenue has been spot on. I would have been a lot less confident without AirDNA, so I highly recommend having them and their data in your corner as you research your next nightly rental purchase.

I wish I could say I recommend this company, but I just cannot. Their prices are astronomical and don't even try to ask about adding features above the Pro plan. They quoted me 7K/ year just to add the filters feature! That is absolutely insane to me. They wouldn't even try to do a custom package for me. My sales guy, James Kinnersly, was also very rude. DO NOT recommend.

I paid for a membership to research the annual revenue on properties similar to my property in the same neighborhood. When I came across my own property, I saw that the annual revenue for my property was inaccurate and off by more than $40k. Their customer representative, Daniel, emailed me and said this is very rare, and their data is usually accurate. I explained that it was not helpful in my case, and asked for a refund for my membership. The company refused to give me a refund, even though I will not be able to use the membership, as I cannot trust the data from other properties in the same community.

Used this software for two years to gauge the market and analyze other STR in a more rural area, it proved useful. Helpful customer service, thank you Angel.

We were very excited to use this service as an addition to our property management team, but were extremely disappointed. We have 5 listings and connected all of them to Airdna to be able to utilize the dynamic pricing feature and the calendar syncing feature. However, all 5 of our listings had every single day in the future blocked off when we synced the calendars. We did not realize this for a few days, so all of our listings lost out on possible bookings. The tech team could not figure out why their software blocked all of our dates so after 4 whole days of "troubleshooting" with no results, so we decided to ask for a refund. We un-synced our calendars from airdna but our dates were still blocked on airbnb. We had to manually unblock all future dates for all 5 listings. And now on airbnb, the dates won't automatically unblock when we have the setting on to unblock automatically 9 months in advance. Airbnb cannot figure out why, but this happened when we synced our calendar to airdna. They also could not figure out why the dates blocked and won't automatically unblock. And after syncing our calendar with airdna, our instant book was turned on for all listings, we have never had this on and it accepted a booking we did not want, and our VRBO calendars un-synced as well. We paid $300 for an annual subscription and Airdna said they could only refund us for 11 months, $215. Even though we only used the service for a few days. Which if you divide $300 by 12 months that is $25/month, so our refund should've been $275 but they go by the monthly rate of $85 for refunds, even if that is not what you paid. Overall, very disappointed with this service and their inability to fix the issues they created for all of our listings. As a property management software aimed to help increase rental revenue it is shocking to us that their software blocked off all future dates and there is nothing they could do to fix this. I will say the customer service rep, Claudia, was doing her best to be helpful. She was professional and kept me updated with text messages and phone calls so I appreciated that.

STAY AWAY!!! Such a scam!!! And awful customer service. I bought the subscription, I could not use the platform on any of my Apple devices. It was a blank screen. They told me there must be a problem with my device and not their software. Meanwhile, it did not work on my Apple laptop, my desktop, or my iPad! I was able to pull it up on my phone, but the functionality sucks. I tried to troubleshoot myself, I used the service for ONE DAY on a work computer in my office, and then finally asked for a refund because I couldn’t get it to work on any of my own devices. They refused to give me a full refund, saying that I used the service and had to pay for one month… $150 for one day?! Robbery. I literally could not use the software. I’m so furious I’ve been telling all my family and friends to steer clear.
