We just got back from the most magical trip in Turkey, thanks to Chevy Noralti of Encounter Tours! I was initially hesitant to travel to Turkey and to trust a smaller tour agency (I was scammed by an agency last year). I’m so happy that we took a chance and went with Chevy. We had pretty lofty goals for our itinerary as we wanted jammed packed days of seeing all the major sights and the coast; Chevy’s itinerary blew it out of the water. Before the trip, he was very patient with us as we finalized the itinerary. During the trip, we felt like VIPs with our drivers/tour guides - they were all very professional, timely, and friendly. All the accommodations were beautiful and were in the perfect location. The communication was stellar, even after the trip as he checked in to make sure we had a great trip. Our ten day tour of Turkey with Kale/Encounter Tours surpassed my expectations! The drivers, local guides and the owner, Chevy, did everything in their power to ensure that my friend and I had a spectacular experience. They went above and beyond through the tour. What a fantastic trip my husband and myself had,all arranged by Chevy, The tour program had all the famous sites included,all with tour guides with exceptional experience and knowledge.Internal flights,ferry tickets all included,easy transition between our destinations with transport to and from accommodation, tours. All communications were answered If we had inquiries throughout or journey. Accommodation was always close to attractions and of high standards.The majority of the programme we had private guides with one to one experience without being in a big crowd.We would highly recommend Encounter tours with our next adventure.

Last summer my wife and I began planning a trip to Spain and Morocco. We researched many companies offering semi-private tours throughout that region. We settled on Encounter Tours and called Chevy Noralti to get a price quote taking into consideration our plans and goals. From the beginning until the end of our trip and return home, Chevy provided us with excellent service, way beyond our expectations. Not only did Chevy work within our budget but to our surprise we ended up on private tours throughout our adventure. His attention to detail, and booking our hotels all in the most central areas of the cities we visited, made it easy to see nearly all the attractions in each place. From the private walking tours to the train rides from Madrid to Sevilla and Granada, and the private chauffeurs in well-kept minivans our whole experience was quite easy and carefree. We saw so much in 9 days that we were astounded at how he had organized all this so flawlessly! Once we crossed over to Morocco by ferry we were met by Mohammed (picture included) who was our private chauffeur for the next 9 days in Morocco. A quiet and friendly individual, we found Mohammed's knowledge and pride in his country to be a blessing to our journey. He showed us many interesting things that we would have missed had we been on our own. His Mercedez mini-van was impeccable, as were his safe driving skills! Morocco was fascinating and we traveled all over the mountain and desert regions, including an overnight stay in the desert camp where we rode in and out by camel. Both my wife and I agreed that this was the highlight of our trip. Once again, all were organized by Chevy Noralti and Encounter Tours. I'm not going to go into detail about each place we went as my wife and I's impressions are our own and these were our adventures. I will say, however, that everything went exactly as planned in both Spain and Morocco. Mohammed had our itinerary and kept us on schedule and in step with our plan every step of the way as well as adding his personal touch to our travels with his own personal insights and descriptions of the history of the regions we visited. Our trip was flawless thanks to Chevy Noralti and Encounter Tours and we will be looking forward to planning our next adventure with Chevy when we travel abroad again. We recently booked a 10-day trip to Europe (Italy and Greece) through Chevy Noralti of Encounter Tours. It’s our first time visiting these countries, and I’m so glad to have found Chevy. All tour guides he coordinated with are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed exploring Athens, Santorini, Rome, and Venice. Wish we could have stayed longer. I also appreciate how Chevy kept on checking how we’re doing during the trip. I highly recommend Chevy! We’ll certainly work him again when we visit Europe.

Chevy was more than happy to organise a tour that allowed us to move from Kusadasi to Istanbul visiting the places we wanted to see on the dates that worked for us. His communication was good throughout and he willingly responded to my many emails to finalise the itinerary. The only thing that was a little confusing was which tour company we would be joining. It is worth checking that in advance to eliminate any confusion. We highly recommend Encounter Tours.

We recently returned from a fabulous trip of Turkey organized by Chevy. I found Encounter tours after studying lots of reviews of semi independent travel itineraries. I stayed in touch with Chevy over 6 months working on this trip. Chevy was extremely patient and responded quickly as I came up with new ideas and places to visit. He was also happy to utilizes hotels that I had found my self. I believe the cost of the trip was very reasonable and certainly made the trip more enjoyable, relaxing and easy with the premium accommodation and mostly private tours. Everything was well planned and organized including flights, transfers, accommodation, guides and many meals. Chevy and Ylcn were available to us 24/7 via WhatsApp and responded very quickly to any hiccups that arose. This in its self was very reassuring while traveling in a foreign country. I have no hesitation recommending Chevy and his team and can not thank them enough for the most wonderful time travelling in Turkey .

We thank you for the arrangements. All went smoothly - logistics were all perfect. The guides were good, and very well prepared/informed, pleasant and easy to talk to. I might add that the guide in Ephesus was particularly good. We had a full course in Roman life! The full day guide in Istambul was very good, but there was so much to absorb- we couldn’t help but feel a bit rushed. He did a great job in organizing that very busy day. We enjoyed our ‘off ‘ days, seeing the Galata area, Taskin Square, Suleyman’s Mosque, and the Chora Church. Your local rep was always there when we had a question - very responsive on what’s app. We appreciated that very much. We had an amazing trip. Thanks for all.
