They are not processing my refund as requested after inadvertently pushing exchange. Even after I tried to correct myself immediately online ans after I contacted support multiple times. The sandal space has a lot of other, better and more supportive vendors. Try somewhere else.

Mens Prio Failed after two months. warranty claim denied. Stay away. I really liked these Prio shoes. This was my first purchase of a Xero product. They were great for 2 months, the rubber slit where the strap loops through the soul broke after about eight 5 mile hikes on easy trails. The worst part is Xero refused their warranty claim because I bought it on amazon. As if the person who shipped it to me is responsible for a poorly made shoe with manufacturing defects. They claim that they cannot guarantee quality control from "unauthorized" resellers. The shoes came to me in brand new unused undamaged condition in OEM packaging and packing materials. This failure was CLERLY AND OBVIOUSLY due to poor manufacturing and or design. I requested a replacement. after 8 back and forth emails they refuse to stand behind the shoe that they designed and manufactured because they don't like the guy that shipped it to me. They promptly offered to sell me another pair from their website and thanked me for understanding that they do not value their customers, the reputation of their company, or the concept of "word of mouth" advertising. They clearly value the quarterly bottom line of long term brand loyalty and customer base grwoth. How many loyal lifetime customers would I have generated by wearing, demonstrating, and talking about their products? I was already getting excited and showing off my Xero shoes to people and frineds on the trails. that sort of viral advertising is "crucial" building a brand and loyalty. I initially attempted to purchase from Xero shoes website but their inventory is very limited and there was only one style of the Prio available in my size. So I found a pair on amazon with free 2 day shipping. The seller that I purchased from had a lot of Xero shoes styles and sizes in stock. way more than Xero themselves. I have to ask myself how this "unauthorized" reseller got their hands on so much brand new Xero product in original packaging. Does Xero sell the factory reject shoes to "unauthorized" retailers and then not support their customers by denying warranty claims? Something doesn't add up there. how a Please see the images to see the poor quality product that the company wont stand behind.

$160 for alpines. Insoles are crap and began crunching up in the shoe on the first day. A couple of weeks later, these are worthless. I will replace with something from walmart which will be much better quality. The shoes are ok otherwise, just the soles are the cheapest I’ve ever seen. I’m surprised that Xero would sell such poor quality products.

Ordered my first pair on Amazon and loved them. Went for my second pair and ordered from Xero. My order just sits in processing, and when I try to use the online help chat it says there is no order, can't find my account via email or phone number but yet I can sign in and see the order. Call the phone number and it says call back during buisness hours but doesn't give you the hours. Poor service is a quick way to lose customers. See how this plays out.

If you are reading this. It's too late for you. Xero will advertise to you for the rest of your life. Every other ass will be about how either uncomfortable or comfortable their shoes are. Depending on the advert. The shoes themselves are meh. I bought a pair of hiking shoes and the tab that keeps the laces in line on the tongue broke within a month. Customer service never got back to me. Please. Release me from this advertising nightmare. I bought your shoes 3 years ago. Let me go.

Incredibly poor customer service, as you can tell from prior reviews. Shady business practices as well. I ordered a pair of Xero shoes for my Husband for Christmas, with higher price point, 2-3 shipping. The shoes didn't not arrive on the date quoted, 12/23/23, and arrived three days later, 12/26/23. I emailed Xero Shoes, asking for a refund in the difference of the shipping date, and was told they couldn't do that because they cannot guarantee shipping dates! Then why offer expedited shipping? This company is unprofessional and will be reported to the BBB.

Great shoes! Horrible customer service. And based on the past reviews, they have no plans on improving their customer service which is a shame. And its not the customer representatives that are bad. They are doing the best they can. It's the fact they disabled their phones and respond super late to emails. Also in comparison to other reviews, they have had them disabled for awhile now. So my guess is they are understaffed. I don't think I would order again or recommend this brand unless their customer service improves. Your best bet is to not buy directly from Xero Shoes and to find a retail store that carries them.

I bought a pair of Xero Prio’s during their recent sale, my second choice in color as my first was sold out. Unfortunately they ended up a half size to large so I called to initiate an exchange. They went WELL above and beyond. They had a pair in my first choice of color and size and sent them out expediently. Further, I LOVE them!! Excellent experience with Xero shoes and they’ve found a return customer in me. Thank you so very much Xero Shoes and my customer service rep Joaquin!
