The most unprofessional group of people I have ever Delt with . They are beyond greedy. They have no problems, suspending, canceling or violating any of their top sellers I WAS violated for a product yet they’re 40 of the exact same products being listed by other top sellers!!!! I worked 4 to 6 hours A day on my Poshmark closet. I paid $140 a month for a promotional closet.JOKE DONT DO IT. I had to remove some listings because of all the flooding in New York this past week and I was suspended for a week for EXCESSIVE removing listings. The listings were removed because the items are no longer available. They are damaged. Poshmark could care less. I am suspended for a week. What a slap in the face I work seven days a week list items daily. This was the last straw. I suggest nobody uses Poshmark. They go to eBay Facebook Karba. There’s a lot of other platforms to sell on. I just wish I knew this before I put all of my eggs in one basket with Poshmark. If you do not want to make any money, then Poshmark is the place for you!! If you want to be violated and suspended and have no customer service, Poshmark is a place for you!!!!! If you never wanna be able to get a hold of a human being when your site crashes, Poshmark is the place for you!!!

4 years and they weren't bad in the beginning. Now they are horrible. They don't respond to any emails. So I love bombed them with many because they locked my account because I changed my email. They owe me money about $100 dollars from sales. Will they respond? Will they pay? Who knows they ghost you and keep your money.

They ignore me they suspended on my account because they’re saying I’m selling replicas. I didn’t know that you cannot sell initial necklaces and a lot of other girls sell initial necklaces with the letter H and their account is still running to me. They are being racist. They are ignoring me totally and do not want to give me my account back. None of my listings are claiming to be of any brand or logo on them I keep trying to file an appeal, but the gentleman that keeps replying to me keeps saying the same thing keeps totally ignoring me that is so unprofessional to me, they are racist against Latin people I sent them proof of girls that are selling replicas fake luxury items and they do nothing. They totally ignore me and keep letting them sell.

Horrible customer service, you can't call. Right now they have placed a hold on my checking account and paypal acct for $1650. For some verification of my identity. all for selling purse for $200 and right now my checking account is OD. I cant get anyone to help me, and I just want my money back. I am selling not buying.

If there was a Zero rating on here, that's what they would get from us! They are scammers. We're new on there to sell. We got contacted by them stating that one of our product was sold! To contact them and go thru the process. We're told to give a credit card to make sure it's legit bank account. Been new and thinkingthis was a reliable company, we did it. They took $150 out only to confirm it was active. Then they wanted us to open a credit card thru this company (which I forgot the name) to open it by getting a $300 credit! By now we knew this wasn't right (should of know before we gone thru all this so far, our bad) so talk to the AI customer service to help us but didn't help. We wanted a number to talk to a "Live Person". But insisted to contact on email. But i guess the AI didn't like us asked too many times about getting number that we were blocked. So I went on Google to get number. So now finally we'll be talk to a real person. But to our surprise we were mislead. Called and got a voice message center to leave a message! "Leave a message." If this was a legit company, why wouldn't I be able to talk to a representative. They should have several. But instead got an answer machine. Forsure we got mislead. So I contacted my bank to block any transaction for the $150. But to our surprise they charge in total $400. We got scammed. I can't believe this is a company that supposedly is legit! Of course not! Were Contacting all Government Agencies in California to make a complaint to make sure Noone else gets screwed. So WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! OR YOU'LL GET SCREWED out of $$$$$!

Seriously this is no joke I was becoming a seller and they had to verify my payment card to receive funds from things I sold I have sold over 6 items and can't get paid. All they did was charge my card 280$ and I can't get them to give it back they tell me I need to pay 200 to get my 280 back. I have photos of all transactions and the support chat conversations. Fraud alert.
