Tricky sales tactics. I was sold a business select deal because the salesperson said that I would benefit from this program. It would save me money on my purchase at that time. I don’t do Allstate warranty plans, but I was charged for one (hidden in my order). I did not need a Business Select plan or the Allstate plan. I returned everything that I purchased the next day. That been over a month now. I cancelled the Business Select Plan as well. All of this was done a whole month ago. I have not gotten my money back for the Business Select Program. What’s the Problem Office Depot?

One star is too generous for the way I've been treated! OD is using a new 3rd party shipper, Veyer. They are Horrible! It is possible they are stealing packages and re-selling them! On 2 separate orders, they provide a proof of purchase by way of photo, but never include the actual package in the photo. The first photo was of an empty sidewalk (not ours) and the second delivery was of a house in the distance...not even the front porch and again no package pictured. I have been dealing with this since Jan 28th 2025...Still no delivery and am still waiting for my refund. The shipper is refusing to take care of this, basically calling me a liar! I have made so many calls and chats to OD. They keep promising to escalate the matter and follow up with me....which they have NEVER done! I will go to Better Business Bureau next! OD needs to fire Veyer, they are treating their customers so terribly! They don't seem to care though after 3 months of trying to get this resolved!!! OD has been my "go to" for my entire 30 year career! No more! I needed to order from a different company to receive my ink cartridges. My order arrived in 2 days. SHAME ON YOU OD for throwing you customers under the bus and turning your backs on us loyal clients. The customer should NOT have to wait while they are disputing with the shipper for 3 months in order to process my refund!

Returned a printer (unopened) on March 28, 2025 and was told, in print, that my refund would be mailed to me. Have spoken with reps using Chat, and check was to be in my hands by May 15. It is now May 18th and it is not here. Its an issue of professionalism more than anything. Want to add that on June 3rd my problem was satisfactorily resolved after interactions with the corporate office. My negative has been turned into a DEFINITE positive!

Recently purchased a Microsoft 365 for $99 bucks at a store in Lakeland on May 29 '25. Today June 3rd took it in to return it, the employee or associate whichever is used, immediately assumed that the card was used, it was a I proved it and had my Florida Driver's license to prove my identity along with the receipt. She goes to her store manager and was told that there's no return! So I contacted the headquarters in Boca Raton they were told that people come in and try to return the used cards for a refund, I dispute that with headquarters. Everything is based on an assumption wow, I think they've lost a customer

We have been having delivery issues since OD went with Veyer. Several times they "attempted delivery" saying no one was at the location. We are open 24/7. I called to speak with our account manager and I was told she didn't have a number & I would have to wait until she contacted us. No one is taking responsibility. I called the corporate office for assistance & she hung up on me when I said the issues with our deliveries are unacceptable.

I made an appointment for my TSA. Completed the online application and received my appointment confirmation for June 14, 2025 @ 11:00 am. I get to the store at 10:55 and go to the service counter. The young lady who was sitting at a machine behind the counter called out “May I help you”? I told her I was there for my TSA appointment. She said, “ We don’t have any appointments for today”! She finally walked to me and I told her I received a confirmation. She told me I was at the wrong store. Yes, I pulled the screen-shot and asked if this is not the correct address and date? She looked at the screen shot and said yes it is but we don’t have anyone here to do it and we don’t have any appointments! I asked if I could schedule an appointment? She snarkly turned the computer around to me and said,”like I said we don’t have any appointments”! By this time I felt my temperature rising so I said thank you and left!! No; let me see what we can do, I’m not sure how this happened or anything! So now I’m stuck because there are no available appointments anywhere! Had she at least “tried” to help it would have been nice but she showed she had absolutely no interest in my dilemma! Great customer NO CARE!!!

I can see your stores closing soon since we as customers have to self service our selves... half of the machines don't work and a bunch of people wm with red shirts on that don't do nothing other then sit on the clock and talk to one another while the lines die self service reaching the front door... yall are over staffed with people in red riding the clocks in most of your locations from Florida to Georgia.... reduce your staff amount if the customers have to work at your facilities McDonough Georgia willow lane store is a problem. Rude staff

First off they sent me 7-8 backpacks with security theft sensors on them. After driving 1.5 hours to a store location as told by customer service , they couldn’t take them off… The general manager was very nice, she apologized for everything I was going through. She even contacted customer service herself to tell them to help me but they didn’t. Sad part is they hung up on her. Crazy for these people to think gas runs on trees. Three hours of my life wasted. Ended up going back home with a box full of backpacks that weren’t even usable. I would not even waste time buying from them. The general manager in my situation explained there was nothing they could do in store because I bought them online and all online items cannot be returned in store. She went on to say the backpacks were out of stock and they wouldn’t be replaceable. I contacted this company multiple times. I haven’t received a response or a refund. My gas cost more than these backpacks. I think I’ll just dispute it with the bank because these people are not good people to work with.
