I usually have a good experience at Lowe’s! But when they sell me something that was returned and damaged and shouldn’t have been sold to the public again for full price I get pissed! My mistake was buying something taped up, so buyer beware. When I returned this to same Lowe’s in Abington the man at the returns counter was very apologetic and assured me it would not be resold and should not have in the first place! I felt very good about my experience and am back on the Lowe’s bandwagon. ( my return gets 5 stars)

I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor on 9/17/2025 at the Lowes on Perimeter Parkway in Charlotte. I paid for the mower on my Lowes card and was advised that the mower would be delivered on 9/24/25 which was fine. I received emails and text messages confirming my delivery date and asking if the date was still ok. I responded stating it was still ok. I then received a test stating that I would receive another text giving me the 4 hour window for delivery time which they did. I was advised via text that the tractor would be delivered between the hours of 1pm to 5pm on Wednesday September 24. I waited all day and the mower was not delivered. I received no text, email or phone call advising me as to what happened to the delivery. I called the store where the mower was purchased and no one ever answered the phone. I went down to the store and asked to see a manager. After waiting about 20 minutes I had the unpleasure to meet Moriah Martin the store manager. She looked up the purchase and said the tractor was on back order. I don't know how that was possible when I was advised they were in stock on the date of purchase. Moriah then said she would look to see if there were any outside. I told her I didn't want one that had been exposed to the elements. She then came back in the store, pulled up the order once again and advised me that the item was at the Statesville NC store. I asked her if she could call them and she said no that I would have to call them myself. She than dismissed me and told me she couldn't do anything for me. Very condescending! I then called the Statesville store myself. Talked to a very nice person and she advised me the item was indeed on back order. I wasn't advised of this through email, phone call or text. The associate at Statesville store said she would delve into the matter and get back with me. I provided my name and number. If I don't hear back from someone regarding my order, I will most definitely cancel the order and shop elsewhere. I am sure Lowe's doesn't care since they have forgotten the little guy that purchases items and provides people with jobs. I certainly hope I don't get a bill for my purchase and expect me to pay for something I don't have!!!! Customer service in Lowe's stores is absolutely nil. I have never seen so many associates standing around, talking on cell phones, and basically not caring if the customer gets helped or not.

Purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher on 4 Oct 25 with an installation date of 10 Oct 25 from Lowe's Middlberg FL. Was told installers would contact me on Monday 6 Oct 25 to schedule estimate time of delivery. No one contacted me, on 8 Oct 25 called the 800 number on email receipt. Was told that they didn't know where dishwasher was at coming from warehouse and didn't know when it would ship. Contact installers and was told that Lowe's shipping was undependable that they would not provide an installation date until dishwasher was physically in store and then they had 2 business days to schedule. Earliest installation date would be for the week of 20 Oct 25. Called the 800 number back and was told Lowe's doesn't care and if I don't like it cancel my order. Have been a long time customer of Lowe's and have never been treated this poorly. Lowe's customer service has gone down hill. Will shop elsewhere.

Went through Lowe’s for new doors and windows for our home. After waiting for the items to come in, our install was scheduled for 9/15/25-9/19/25. Installers requested items be delivered to our home due to the amount of windows and doors. The doors were scheduled to be delivered 9/12 and windows 9/15. On 9/12 casing for the doors was delivered. We called and were told the installer was supposed to pick up the doors. Install partners stated they requested they be delivered because there were so many of them. Lowe’s had it marked for delivery in one place and pick up in another. Install did not arrive until 9/16 and started with windows since they had been delivered 9/15. Storm doors were “missing” from 9/15 until I called 9/20 and had them located by a store manager. The largest window in our order was damaged during transport as well as a door. The door damage was not discovered until they had already torn out our old door so it had to be installed broken. It is not useable as they had to install it with spray foam temporarily until the new one arrives. Installer said he would return with storm doors and to finish sealing windows and finish door hardware and install storms on 9/21. It is now 9/24 and I have not heard from the installer and have been calling/chatting with Lowe’s and Install partners everyday. Today I am being told they plan to return 9/27 to install the storm doors. We are now stuck with what we feel to be insecure and unsafe products as well as unfinished work. I have been mostly on hold today for 2 hours all for them to tell me they will contact me in a few days with a resolve. I also needed to add that once they did lead testing we were told when they installed our doors that they would have to do lead abatement, they did not. Just ripped the old doors out and put the new ones in. This is completely unacceptable. I will not spend another dime at Lowe’s after this experience.

I have had the WORST experience with Lowe's that has been ongoing for weeks now. I ordered multiple Halloween items, skull and pumpkin indoor decor. They arrived all shattered, nothing was packed with any type of protection. I spent over an hour on the phone getting transfered from one person to another each telling me they could not help me and I had to bring all the broken items into a store for replacement or refund, which I explained was not possible- hence having them shipped to my home. After pushing to speak to someone higher they finally transfered me to the location that shipped the items. They said they would process a reshipment. The reshipment came and 4 of the 6 items were again shattered, and while they threw some air pockets in the box this time, the items were not individually wrapped for protection. I called the customer service number again and the woman I spoke to was very nice and said she would process a refund for the 4 damaged items which totaled over $100. She said it could take 10 days and I would get an email confirmation of the refund. Well I just got an email saying they are refusing to refund me for the broken items, all of which I have emailed pictures of to them, shattered in the box. This has been an AWFUL experience and the WORST customer service and it is appalling that they are refusing to refund me even with proof of the shattered products. I will never buy anything from them again and HIGHLY recommend nobody else orders from them.

Nat every body have the same bad experience. I went to the Lowes in winter haven and I found in that store the pots that I was looking for. I travel 14 miles from the store close to my house .and I left so happy especially with the costomer service . Alexis get me a shopping car when I said oh I'm going to get one ,she run and get me one ,and when I was ready to.pay was zizi was very patient cuz I use different cards and was time to close the store. I wish I could give zero stars. My first major purchase from Lowe’s was a complete disaster, and I will never make this mistake again. On Monday, August 25th, I ordered an appliance package. It was delivered that Friday, but the refrigerator arrived damaged. One side was badly dented, poorly spray-painted over with a mismatched color, and there was another dent on the opposite side. I refused to accept it—after all, I didn’t pay thousands of dollars for a wrecked refrigerator. The delivery team initially planned to leave me without a refrigerator until I mentioned I needed one immediately because I store medication (over $5,000 a box) that requires refrigeration. Only then did they agree to leave the damaged fridge in my garage temporarily. A replacement was scheduled for Sunday, August 31st. Shockingly, that refrigerator also arrived damaged—this time with noticeable dents in the front. Two defective refrigerators in a row is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery crew joked with me, asking if I bought it during the Labor Day sale. When I said yes, they smirked and implied that’s why it was damaged. If this is true, it’s outrageous. I declined the second refrigerator and kept the first one in the garage. They wanted to send yet another replacement, but not until Wednesday—further inconvenience. When I called to speak with a manager, one of the first questions he asked was again if I bought it on sale, which makes me even more suspicious. I asked for compensation since I had already endured two damaged refrigerators, multiple failed deliveries, and a major disruption to my household. The manager offered me just $150 off because “the dents could be hidden.” Considering the cost, inconvenience, and lack of professionalism, that discount felt insulting. To top it off, the second delivery crew didn’t even bother to bring the refrigerator inside so I wouldn’t have to keep going down to the garage—they just drove off. After all of this, I can confidently say Lowe’s does not stand behind the quality of their appliances or care about the customer experience. I will not let this go. No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and neglect, especially on such a major purchase. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I had an option for negative 100 stars, that would be my selection. Do NOT purchase anything from Lowe’s! I purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation. The dishwasher leaked the first time I used it. I have had water under my floor in my kitchen. For almost two months, Lowe’s has given me a run around making me (the customer) obtain written reports, make phone calls, call and schedule techs to come to my home. They are lying to me to stall the process and escape liability. The installation and repair work that you pay Lowes to do is contracted out, so if there is the slightest issue, they place blame on random installation companies with bad insurance plans. You are not actually entrusting Lowes with any of it. The customer service is horrendous. They have done nothing to help me and speak to me so disrespectfully. Do NOT buy anything from Lowes!!!!!
