Placed the order on the website. Got confirmation of shipping with a tracking number on the day I ordered. The following day while I tracked it the order was picked up by shipping partner ING. For over a week and a half it went nowhere. Orders from this place I believe are ways to extract money temporarily. I will not shop again at Kolh's or Sephora. When you call to ask what has happened they place you on hold and they tell you that they have reached out and there is nothing they can do. This just tells me that Kohls is not a good company to sell any products. They have other drop ship your order and they can not follow up on it. Sorry Kohls you have lost a customer plus the same goes for Sephora. I will also make sure that folks that I know will hear about this experience and make sure to steer them away from ordering from these companies.

Wish that I could give 0 stars for this review. Khols has gone way down hill since using Capital One. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I never received my new Khols Capital One card. I had called back in January 2025 and was told a new card would be shipped and had a small balance at the time. When I called back I was told I couldn't get a new card because of a $60 balance. Paid the balance and was told they couldn't send it until my payment went through like seriously? I felt like I was being harassed and treated like a common thief. Then was told I had to call back afterwards and request a new card. This doesn't include the embarrassment in the stores when trying to make a purchase. I am done with this credit card and Khols. The customer service they use outside of the country is the worse. They bounce you around from department to department placing you on hold. The old Khols is gone! Trust me just a matter of time before their stores start closing.

It is so sad how Kohls has completely downgraded itself. If it is still in business by this time next year, I would be surprised. The "improvements" are far from improved. Is Kohls trying to compete with TJ Max, Burlington, A Bargain Basement with all the "clearance" racks, which, the items are still highly priced or compete with Macy's with the "brand" names that are again, not a bargain, poor quality. The new checkout where you are herded like cattle through a corn maze is disgusting. The old registers, the lines could wrap around the store & the most you would wait would be a 1/2 hour, not now. I don't even bother. There are 2 entrances, yet no one is smart enough to put shopping carts at the entrance that doesn't have registers, instead forcing customers to walk to the other side, again, most give up, and just proceed to Amazon returns or Customer Service for returns. Now to ordering on line, another mess. More than half the items are out of stock. Today, I placed an order to pick up in the store, ran errands, when to the store as I was notified my order was ready for pick up, pick up the bag, get home & 4 items are missing. Check the order online, no status. Call Customer Service, oh, those items are cancelled, Cancelled?! No notification at all! Absolutely disgusting. Who ever came up with and who ever approved the, " let's go with every business model we can think of and shove it into one store", should be fired! Kohl's mgmt should really do an analysis and make immediate corrections before it all implodes. Was a loyal customer for years, but now, just going in the store is beyond disappointing and I only go to return and not shop. Shopping is no longer a pleasant experience.

My wife and I have been loyal Kohls Customers (and Charge Customers) for about 25 years. Things have changed since they sold out their charge card to Capital One. You have to use the Capital One Charge in order to get sale pricing and earn rewards. Check out my review of Capital One Headquarters. Kohls has been losing business for a very long time. It has nothing to do with the tariffs. They raised their prices long before that. Their coupon policy stunk and they started getting rid of the name brands that people would go in and buy. The quality was a lot better. If you ask me it’s corporate greed.

This is the 2nd time in 4 years that I’ve attempted to post a poor review of Kohl’s. Kohl’s blocks any and all poor reviews. They did a bait and switch with an $1,125 original priced(?) now $450. Akoya Pearl Bracelet that I purchased from them on line. It was a sale item. The invoice received stated it was a white gold necklace. The box stated it was a sterling silver freshwater cultured pearl bracelet though the clasp looked gold? Another slip contained in the box stated “Anti Tarnish Tab”. Upon contacting Kohl’s Corporate Office, I was , once again, Redirected to Kohl’s. Comfortable assistance. After requesting to be transferred to a USA Supervisor, 3 persons later, which I had to explain that I have Mo Clue What Kohl’s Actually Sent Me for the price that I was charged? I was given 2 options; 1. Return it for a refund or 2. Return it and Kohl’s would replace it from the warehouse. Ie; the same warehouse where it was sent in the incorrect box, mislabeled? Etc…… I requested from the Supervisor a written statement of: 1. The mix up 2. Contact the store that I was going to return it to so I didn’t have to explain the above. He declined to do both. He insisted that the returns department would not ask any questions as long as I had my receipt and it was returned within 30 days? His apology over the phone was adequate. His Response was scripted . No Accountability Their Store’s Integrity .

I’m a. Long time customer at kohls even worked there for 4 years , The policy on the coupons stink .Kohls send you coupons through your email can’t even use on certain items , personal items , Nike adidas, they policy needs to change that’s why the stores are closings can’t even buy something on sale with using a coupon. Certain items are so expensive Maybe management needs to step look around see what’s going on losing customers let employees know how to talk to customers and firgue out a plan ..

Ridiculous since merge with Capital One. My Kohls.com account has my address and phone number. I have had the card several years. THEY sold to CAP ONE and Cap One insists my phone number is not valid. A U.S. phone number I have owned for 20 years. It's been 3 months of calling Cap One. THEY mailed me the card, THEY activated it but I cannot verify myself to pay online. I CUT UP MY CARD AND WILL NO LONGER SHOP THERE.
