I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the furniture I recently purchased from Eternity Modern, as well as the level of customer support from Emily. My esthetic is a fusion of Art Deco and modern, and the classic and modern pieces I purchased from EM work very well with my existing new and antique furniture and decorative items. Thematically, I have included mixed metals (silver and copper) and emphasize shape and texture over color. The EM pieces included in the attached pictures include (a) Flag Halyard Chair and Ottoman in the Natural Cord Color; (b) the Kubus Lounge Chair in Black Leather; (c) the PK24 Wicker Chaise Lounge with Black Leather; and d) the Finley Modern Minimalist Low Back Upholstered Velvet Metal Frame Counter Stool with Velvet-Silver Grey upholstery (which echo the silver and copper elements in the rooms). I couldn't be happier with my experiences with Eternity Modern!

[REVIEW UPDATED BELOW ORIGINAL POST] DO NOT BUY FROM ETERNITY MODERN. I purchased a modular sofa 2 1/2 years ago from EM. Within six months, some of the stitching on one of the tufts started unraveling. At the time, it wasn’t a big enough deal to pursue, so I let it go. However several months ago, I noticed a creak and sag in one of the modules. When I contacted customer service and provided photos and video of the damage, the company took 6 weeks to provide any concrete answers. At one point I was told the production team was “on vacation,” which is why I hadn’t heard back from them in weeks After 6 weeks of stonewalling me with excuses, the company concluded without even examining the sofa that I was to blame for the damage, therefore it was not covered by their 3 year-warranty. This company is a sham and their sofa is subpar. Do not buy. UPDATE: After I posted my review, Mona, Eternity Modern’s “Customer Success Manager,” reached out via email. She attributed the delay in the company’s response to a one-week Canadian holiday—an explanation that accounts for just one of the SIX weeks it took to receive a concrete reply to my inquiry. That said, Mona did arrange for a third-party contractor to repair my sofa at no cost, in accordance with the company’s posted three-year warranty on structural and wood damage. The issue turned out to be a crack/displacement in the wood frame, which was relatively easy to fix (photos attached). The sofa still sags slightly on that side, but not nearly as much as it did before. While I appreciate that the company ultimately honored their warranty—after six weeks of repeated attempts on my part to get a response—I believe their effort to resolve the issue was only prompted by my (deserved) negative review. I’ve amended my review of Eternity Modern because they did eventually repair my sofa, but the real takeaway is less about the quality of their goods and customer service, and more about the lengths consumers often have to go to in order to hold businesses accountable for their products and services.

I got the Isla coffee table in bone white and it’s the coffee table of my dreams, and it completed my space perfectly! The organic feel is everything, it’s so sculptural that it feels like a work of art. The shape is perfect, the length is ideal for sofas, and it feels like it was custom-made for my space. I love how low to the ground it is, which gives it such an earthy, modern and effortless feel. It completely transformed my living room, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The ultimate statement piece. Delivery was easy, and it arrived in perfect condition. 10/10!

I’ve been eyeing this Mario Bellini couch for months and I had no idea they had a showroom in Irvine! I was so excited to finally see the couch in person and sit on it before making the big purchase. I had so many questions — Andrew was extremely helpful in explaining the couch and sharing his experience (he has it too!). He also showed me many swatches and guided recommendations on the material. I definitely feel more confident in this purchase after visiting the Irvine showroom!

Received the most GORGEOUS stone coffee table - the Kaia Plinth in Calacatta Viola. Truly a show-stopper and stunning piece. Always weighs about 400lbs so it's solid and high quality. It's my favorite piece in this room! Delivery was smooth and done very well (placed exactly where we wanted) and no damage!

Absolutely in love with my wabi sabi stools. They are unique, amazing quality and they complete my kitchen in the most beautiful way. Constantly getting compliments on them. So happy with them ❤️

We’ve had this couch for a couple of months now, and after truly living with it, we can confidently say we love it.
