I just received my personal pet portrait for my dog Summers birthday today. I’m not sure who needs to hear this at Chewy but this company is the best. Thank you for a very thoughtful and unexpected gift.

This is my review: I ordered an airline crate which arrived 3 days before my flight along with a bowl and mat. Fortunately, I opened it up immediately and found that the front metal gate was missing, making it unusable. The Chewy rep said that they couldn’t ship a separate gate or expedite any shipment, only offering to ship another entire crate (that may or may not be complete as I had no guarantee that this problem is just a one-off) which would arrive after my flight, a typical hollow corporate response which does nothing to help the customer. I live an hour away from the nearest store like a petsmart, and that drive and purchase does not include the time and expense to return or dispose of this large and now useless crate. I’m not happy with Chewy.com, its quality control or its suppliers. Next time, I’ll go to a brick and mortar instead of ordering from Chewy.com, located across the country in Florida.

Have switched from Amazon to Chewy for far better pricing and customer service. Right from the beginning they were ‘spot’ on in providing exemplary service. Products arrive on time and undamaged, which is more than I can say for Amazon!

You can not trust Chewys website! Firstly the site says the Hollywood office is open. It’s not!!! Nothing there it moved to Plantation. Then I drove 39 miles to leave a letter fir the CEO to show him how I advised they had misinformation on their site about a bark controller and six months later it is still not fixed AND not even a thank you from the CEO after sending follow up emails! Lastly when your fur baby really needs the medicine the vet has authorized they have NO expedited service! I was not asking to have a treat delivered quickly it was medication and I offered to pay for expedited service and it fell on deaf ears ! I will use a different lab for my fur baby’s medication that overnights it to me with NO problem snd they do it gladly . I do autostop for food. They are fine for easy issues.

Callous, heartless business practices. Chewy sent me a birthday card for my deceased beloved pet. I messaged them to tell them about their error so another bereaved pet parent wouldn’t go through getting such a difficult piece of mail (I understand how this could happen with badly run customer retention systems) and they were incredibly cold in their response. They did not care that they sent me a birthday card for my pet I was already distraught enough over losing. They didn’t care about my experience as a customer or even a human. Just canned responses. Terrible practices. I will always shop elsewhere.

By far the best place to order your pets supplies. Everything you need, quality products and the greatest customer service. I don't purchase my pets needs anywhere else.

My wife and I have been purchasing from Chewy. Well they suggested for us to get Bill Jack’s well I got got sick from eating those pill jacks. Our poor dog had Gastro issues because of eating them. We spoke with the vet cause we had to take scrappy too the emergency hospital and then we took to our regular veterinarian office because the poor dog was getting diarrhea and vomiting. The vet veterinarian office said it was due to the bill jacks I spoke with our dog trainer and she said Petco band Bill jacks because it was making dogs sick it had a lot of preservatives in it. I called to speak to a customer service rep and she hung up on me which I thought was very rude of her to do that. This is very sad when you call because you order stuff from Chewy about a year now so when you complain, they hang up on you. That’s very sad and disgusting. If this is how they customer service is going to be because I am shocked that she did that I may try one more time to see what happens if this is gonna be their attitude then we can order directly from the veterinarians office and not spend any money through Chewy because of course PetSmart itself owns them and they are despicable. They have lousy training for the pets and they are all about money, not about the pet.

I am happy and proud to say I am a part of the Chewy family. Their products are top-notch! Their prices for all products are competitive or lower than most pet suppliers. I have been getting all of my Yorkie food and medications from Chewy for several years. I have never had a problem. Chewy customer service team is excellent! I love the return policy. Chewy strives to make sure you and your fur baby are happy. They have sent get a well card and toys when my Yorkie Sasha has been sick. Chewy has sent me get well cards. Chewy is a great organization, and I highly recommend Chewy for all your pet needs
