Never walked into an E bike shop till yesterday, then ended up in 4 different shops in 2 days. I wanted to talk and learn about the bikes before I made my first purchase. That said, I knew after I talked with the family here that I'd be sticking with them. Thank you for being informative about anything and everything. Thank you even more for listening to me about what my needs in a bike would be. Complimentary delivery, fantastic service. I visited Seaside Eco Bikes to size up in person an electric bike I was interested in-the Velotric Summit 1. The owners Mr Gilbert and his wife were extremely informative, friendly, and patient. They were not aggressive trying to make a sale. Their shop had plenty of e-bike options to chose from. They even deliver within a certain radius of their shop (nice benefit). I purchased the Velotric Summit 1 e-bike. I live outside of their delivery limits, they were nice enough to work something out with me, so I can have my bike delivered. That’s GREAT customer service, I applaud them for that. If your looking for a e-bike, this is a place you need to visit. They offer test rides on some of there bikes. Like me, I am sure you’ll find a bike or e-bike at their shop. I will definetly refer Seaside Eco Bikes, in Lewes, Delaware to friends and family.

What a great experience. You will NEVER find a bike shop such as this one. Owners are the best. Pleasant and professional and personal. They went out of their way to help me with a bike that I purchased (not at their store ) from a private owner. Private owner did not tell the entire truth about the bike but Seaside Eco bikes came to my house, picked up the bike and returned it for me. I will deal with no one else for a bike and suggest you do the same. Great experience!!

Gilbert was very easy to communicate with from the start. He was very helpful in accommodating my requests to add a trailer so my child could safely ride the e-bike. We had a great time riding the bike which was in perfect condition, making our weekend trip much more enjoyable. Gilbert was also patient and flexible during delivery and pick-up. All in all a very pleasant, professional experience and can’t say enough good things about Gilbert and his business! We had a wonderful experience trying and ultimately purchasing our very first E Bikes. Family owned and operated, they were very customer service oriented and helped explain all of the bells and whistles to us. I felt able to make informed decisions on which bike would be the best fit for me. I also value that I can return for service and or repeat customer perks on accessories and other bikes in the future. My first introduction to Seaside Eco Bikes was over the phone. I called inquiring about the Velotric brand. Gilbert identified himself as the owner of the store and proceeded to spend 45 minutes answering all my questions and giving me a wealth of info on not only bikes he sold but even brands he did not carry. He had no idea if I would ever be an actual customer or if I was simply digging for information and would go elsewhere to purchase an E-bike. All Gilbert cared about was empowering me to make a wise decision for myself. I was simply amazed by his patience, passion and knowledge. A week later I visited the store and met him in person as well as his wife who runs the operation with him. What a beautiful shop they own with an incredible inventory. And there is nothing better than buying from a small independently owned operation where you are treated like family and they remember your name. I would now never go anywhere else to buy or service an e-bike. In an ever changing world, it is nice to buy from a place that treats you with respect, dignity, and honesty. They have earned my loyalty and exceeded my every expectation!
