there is usually a wait here, but there is a reason for that, the staff is very knowledgeable and patient. you should definitely wait for an employee named Anthony. He was very kind and talked with me and my friend about our new phones until we had a good understanding. We both left with brand new phones, even though I didn’t think I needed one, I guess I did.😂 He lowered some costs and showed me something I was paying that wasn’t even what I thought it was. The staff seemed to know each other and all worked together well. I give 5 stars for Anthony!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Verizon. Two days ago (on Wednesday), I called the customer service line and was connected with a representative named Mary. She told me my billing issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone because I was overcharged beyond what I had been originally told, and that I needed to visit the Woodland Hills Verizon store in person to resolve it. She even scheduled me for Thursday at 12 PM and assured me that she had spoken to the store, that everyone there knew her, and they would be expecting me. When I arrived at the store on Thursday, not only did no one know who Mary was, but they were completely unaware of my situation. No call had been made, no note was left, and I was treated as if I was just walking in off the street. I felt disrespected, deceived, and completely dismissed. This is not the level of professionalism or honesty I expected from a company like Verizon. I wasted my time, energy, and trust. Verizon, you owe your customers better. I expect a call of apology and a resolution to the billing issue I was misled about. Until then, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning my loyalty to your company.

Customer service is atrocious at this location. Staff are poorly trained, provide inconsistent information, and truly do not care. They act annoyed for being approached. My router is on its last leg, your “staff” tell me to bring it in for a 1-1 swap to get a brand new device same day. Had to drive back home, disconnect everything, risk my home’s security (which has 10 connected cameras), lose work time, and personal time only to be told “actually, it will be shipped out to you by Wednesday.” That’s 5 days with awfully slow speeds and terrible connection. My hotspot isn’t the greatest either. What am I paying you for, Verizon? Also, why don’t you have a system in place to alert customers that they need a new device? Some people work from home, or just rely on their WiFi for very important tasks. This is just downright customer abuse. Verizon, I have been paying for your “service“ for over 4 years. Never missed a payment, always on time. Do your loyal customers a huge favor and fire existing staff at this location. Put in new people who can keep your customer base. I will be getting my Internet from Spectrum moving forward.

Verizon’s customer service and billing practices have been extremely disappointing. I was overcharged by more than $1,100 despite being clearly advised that my cruise plan would not bill for days at sea (where there is no coverage), and would only cost $12 per day while on land. This has yet to be resolved. Additionally, promised phone upgrades tied to my account renewal were never delivered, and follow-up has been a nightmare, with representatives ignoring emails and providing contradictory information. The staff at the Woodland Hills store have also been unprofessional, rude, and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. Verizon’s service is inconsistent, misleading, and fails to honor its own commitments.

Our family has been customers of VERIZON since the Air Touch days, circa 1990s. As it was time to replace my five year old Pixel cellphone, I ordered a new Pixel 9 Pro XL from Verizon's website and picked it up at the WOODLAND HILLS VERIZON STORE. Verizon's sales floor is decorated "Mid-Century" corporate modern. You can touch, talk and listen to everything on display. Every phone. Every accessory. Many accessories are displayed. Everything is marked to show which accessory works with which phone. However, seating ion backless benches and bar height plastic chairs are uncomfortable. Unfortunately, walk-ins can have a long wait, so an appointment is important. An appointment can be scheduled on Verizon's website. Setup and servicing are done on the bar height tables located throughout the store. The employees know the ins and outs of phone repair and setup. My old phone's transfer of data was begun at the store and completed, at home, overnight. Everything of value was transferred. Parking is free, but difficult. There are no customer bathrooms.

Although Verizon keeps on getting expensive. I always go to the Vzn Topanga Village Corporate store. All my encoutners had been pleasant and they go above and beyond. This year, Anthony assisted us, the customer service that we have received were above and beyond,friendly, quick, and always adds a witty touch. This is the reason I have been loyal to the carrier.

Esdras was super helpful with all our issues (3rd time back at the store in the last couple days). We had some not great service before, but he was very understanding and patient, helping explain and resolve problems (super efficiently too!) He’s the best!

The new manger with the glasses is horrible, he was sitting there while the other worker was up to their knees in customers , while he watch trump videos on youtube. Where is Andy ! Return the new guy and bring back Andy I’m turning in my phone!
