Absolutely terrible customer service!! I bought a pair of pro elite 2 and the left ear piece quit working less than 5 months later and they would not replace my headset and refunded me a stealth 500 headset!! Absolute garbage! Atleast could have swapped me out with something of equal value!! I paid 150ish for my pro elite 2 and they replaced them with a headset I can buy for 70$!! Makes me want to puke! Hyper X here I come! Do not waste your money on these! The quality was awesome while they work but I have had 2 fail in a year a half! Seems like if they care about costumer service they would make things right with the customers!! I give them a 1 star for piss poor customer service! I feel ripped off and can’t do anything about it! Like hello you see how much I spent and you still send me a cheap horrible sound quality stealth 500 what a freaking joke!!

I'm definitely giving them a 5 star review! I've read some of the reviews and I can't say I have had to deal with anyone over the phone so I can't describe my experience with anyone directly, but, I have had a headset for the ps4 that I purchased 3-4 years ago for $100. The one year manufacturer warranty was well passed overdue. I decided to contact the company via email due to the headset cracking on both arms. Then after a few days of use, the mic broke right at the connector so it couldn't be moved or it would fall off. I was not the happiest. After the email, either the same day or the following day, a gentleman named Matt responded. He was very quick and very helpful with his responses. With all the directions needed, I went to fed ex and sent the headset off, it was $11 I think to send it. They received it about a week after. Then about 2 weeks later, I received a package from them and inside the package was a brand spanking new turtle beach headset. I looked up the headset and it was more expensive then my original headset and it was pretty much exactly the same, but a different and nicer color (black) but it had the same equalizer to fine tune everything. I know it's a very long story but the customer service I received was well above and beyond. So I'm sorry for any bad service others might have received but that doesn't say anything about the company. They were more then great to me. I won't ever move to any other company for a headset. That's for sure.

Incredibly disappointed! Over the years between my children and now my grandchildren, I have spent a significant amount of money with this company and I've never once had to use the warranty. I've never had any issue with their products until now. I purchased a playstation 4 headset for my twelve-year-old granddaughter and over a month ago I contacted the turtle beach Corp about the cord having broken on the headset that I purchased just 3 months ago. They promised me that I could simply go on the website and fill out a form and they would send a placement but of course that's not how it went. In my very first communication with them and every communication thereafter, I informed them that my granddaughter was leaving on June 27th for several weeks on vacation on the other side of the country. I explained to them that it was imperative that she have the replacement before she leaves, which at that point gave them almost a month to replace to comply. When you email it takes days for them to email you back... every correspondence takes days for them to read and days for them to get back to you. I have called their headquarters, their customer service department, anyone I could get to try and replace these within the months allotted time but I got nothing but a run around. I explained to them that I have supported their company with my purchases for many many years and never once had to use the warranty until now but evidently loyal customers aren't really that important to to them. If this is how they treat customers who have loyally supported and purchase their products for years, I need to find a new company to support.

As I can see from the reviews on here, I am not the only one that dealt with their abysmal customer service. It took forever to get into contact with somebody and when they finally did get back to me they told me they could only take back there crappy headset and give me the same crappy headset back. Keep in mind this was over the course of I believe two (2) months, and by the time they got back to me I was out of warranty and they said they couldn't do a thing for me! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF MY MONEY EVER AGAIN! I'm even more disappointed in the fact that I have only ever heard good things about their electronics and my headset mic boom stopped working in the first two weeks. I plan on telling everyone how bad this company is, so they never buy a thing from them again!

Headset is good and in perfect working order, however I damaged the cord that goes between my headset and my console. I wanted to get a replacement cord, but no one sells them. I called the company and they tell me the cord, excuse me "amplifier" will cost me almost as much as I paid for the whole thing brand new. It makes no sense to me what so ever. I was a fan but not anymore, plus customer service doesn't even know their product. Turtle Beach you lost a possible life long customer!

I've been buying these headsets for about six years now. And they seem to be costing more and becoming cheaper in quality. I recently bought the elite pro for 200 and putting on the headset the plastic at the top snapped on both sides only had it for about two months. I treated the headset like it was my own child considering I paid so much for them. As for it to break just from putting them on is unacceptable.

I see a lot of old outdated paid bashers here probably from competing companies. My turtle beach headphones look and work the same today as they did when I picked them up a few years ago. Excellent value and the sound is crystal clear /voice and audio. TB is the leader in the industry and anyone who says otherwise is a paid troll. I give only 4 stars because Ive never dealt with customer service so I cant comment on that side. Excited to get my hands on the new 700 series. Might wait until bfriday. Checked out their stock ticker HEAR today also and looks like a massive discount. Might pick up some shares and a new headset. Love finding value

Product quality is garbage. Elite 800x battery now lasts about 20 minutes off the charger and turtle beach will do nothing to replace parts after 2 years. Will never buy another product again.
