The staff was very professional, friendly, they had a sense of humor and wasn’t so uptight, but in a clean and respectful way. They made you feel comfortable and welcomed. Staff was also knowledgeable in their field and took the time to help get the best possible results without causing a lot of pain. That was a huge plus!

Easy to schedule. I was amazed to get an appointment so quickly. I arrived and was greeted right away. Check in was very easy. The tech came out to get me very quickly. He explained the process and was helpful in making me comfortable. The procedure was uneventful. Overall my experience was excellent.

The Techs and staff are very friendly and helped me relax. I also appreciate all the digital reminders. Only reason for 4 stars is, they had the entrance are taped off with big equipment around to re-face or re-paint the building. The sign was gone but you could see where the letters used to be attached and there was a large padlock on the door handle, and dark windows so hard to see inside, and I thought it had moved/closed.

I had an ultrasound and Aurora was amazing! She was so friendly and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. They got me in super quick as well even though I had been warned they were a bit behind. Front desk was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Love this location!

They waited until the last second to inform me that there was an issue with my insurance, and cancelled my appointment that I was waiting for for about a week. There was no consultation, just a cancellation followed by them giving my time slot to someone else. I am out of work while I’m trying to figure out what is wrong with my hip and I can’t afford to wait longer for this care. Luckily, with great effort, I was able to get another slot in the same day, although now I would have a 2 1/2 hour gap between my two MRI sessions. And despite the reassurance I got when I scheduled these appointments, the same thing happened again, just hours before my appointment was supposed to happen. Which means I had to spend more time on the phone having the same conversation. This is because they showed no flexibility when working with tricare west, despite apparently accepting it. They gave me an ultimatum when I arrived for my appointment, pay almost $600 out of pocket, or reschedule to properly bill my insurance (who knows how long that would be). Why was this brought up as an issue at the last second? All because they didn’t have an authorization code, which is not how tricare works. This could have been worked the second my appointment was scheduled, but instead they waited until there was no time to fix the issue. Both options in this ultimatum put me in a terrible spot because I am either waiting longer for care that I need to get back to work or paying out of pocket with money that I need to get by while I’m out of work. The dentist can figure out how to accept my insurance, every clinic can figure it out, but apparently they can’t and it’s my insurance’s fault for not playing by their rules. So yeah, I guess they hate the troops. Good job guys, I can’t wait to file a claim with my insurance which involves signing digital forms, printing said forms, and mailing it physically to my insurance with limited access to technology. All because you guys created policies that said you couldn’t help me, to then use those policies as a scapegoat. Which if those policies are so reliable and important to uphold, why is it that your internal systems kept cancelling my appointments despite the assurance I received from your workers? Why is it possible that your doctors were able to still fit my two MRI sessions right next to each other despite the 2 1/2 hour gap. The doctor and receptionist were extremely flexible and helpful despite the failures of your policies and systems. Which means these policies are egregious and actively make everyone’s lives worse

Everytime I'm here I wait almost 45 minutes past appointment time . Wouldn't really bug me considering it's the medical field and it happens, but the lady up front with Veneers is SO rude. On her phone half the time then looking at you like your stupid for asking questions. Not to mention they pushed my appointment that I left work for OVER AN HOUR. She had ZERO sympathy for other people's time. Crazy.

Auroras my Ultrasound Technician was totally AWESOME!!!!!!! She was very kind, very personal and she made me feel extremely comfortable with my procedure. I highly recommend Simonmed on Kyrene Rd.!

Was there for a X-ray imaging and the technician was kind enough to treat well and felt comfortable! It was a walk in and good that SimonMed imaging - Kyrene accepts walk ins X-ray, (the other one at Tempe doesn’t do X-ray, good to be aware). Front office staff could be much nicer!
