Sneaky billing tactics. I got an email saying my account was being automatically upgraded to include a $170 annual report filing service, unless I opted out. I never agreed to this. Filing directly with the state costs $70 so they’re slipping in a $100 “service fee.” This is a classic negative option billing scheme, charging customers unless they notice and cancel in time. It’s deceptive and untrustworthy. I can’t recommend this company to anyone

Easy to use as a business owner for registered agent service. Easy portal to view documents and they have other services available if needed! Have been using them for several years - you won't find a less expensive option in WA for what is provided.

Do not use if you are a website developer, iOS/Android developer, or planning to make money with YouTube. They will dispose of AdMob and AdSense PIN verification letters without even notifying you. Do not repeat my mistake, which will cost me a lot of time and money. Edit: Response to this review is different to what they've sent me by email: "I checked in with company leadership this morning and was advised that our current policy will stay in place and will not be approved for any revisions at this time." The website says, "When you hire us for a virtual office and get your unique suite number, that address is yours to use however makes sense", and "We will accept and upload the postcard and notify you and then you can verify your virtual office address with Amazon". I assumed they would also scan AdMob/AdSense payment address verification letters. Before registering with them, I asked about using Google Ads, and nobody told me they will dispose of PIN letters. I contacted support, but they keep referring to Google Business Profile, which is a completely different thing and has nothing to do with Google AdMob. Google AdMob sends PIN letters solely to verify the payment address, similar to how Amazon postcards work. These letters do not impact the appearance of the address on Google Business Profile or Google Maps. The support also refers to their internal policy, which is not listed anywhere on their website. I only learned about all this after I registered and used the office address with D.U.N.S., banks, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and other online services. This came as a surprise, and now I have to rent another space, change the address with the Secretary of State, wait until D.U.N.S. updates it, and then change it with about 20 different services. Overall, this process will take more than 60 days and cost me a significant amount of money.

I called their office with a question regarding the LLC formation, and Lacey answered first ring. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly on the phone. I felt like she actually cared about her job, and was genuinely eager to help me with my questions. I highly recommend this company, and you should definitely ask for Lacey!

Signing up with this company is needlessy confusing. I wanted a registered agent and then got emails for website set ups, phone set up etc. I was charged $170 for a service I didn't need beause of the confusing platform and sign up process. Would not recommend.

I used this company and they deceived me and lied then cost me another $200 and also set my filing to every 3 months so I would have to pay them and the state every 3 months to keep my company open. Do not use this company.

Great responsiveness in replying to even dumb questions about the website. Last week they emailed me documents from the Secretary of State and then followed up when I did not open the email. I love the price, especially in light of the great service. As a lawyer for over 40 years, I recommend these folks heartily.
