Unfortunately HPD is UNWILLING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE :( I ordered a supposedly matching PAIR of drapes, but one of the packages was mislabeled - it contained a drape of a different size than it said on the label. Multiple attempts to get customer service to do the right thing have resulted in nothing but frustration! The drapes themselves are nice, but a matching pair is what I ordered, need, paid for.... I have contacted them several times.

Every single drape I have in my home is from this company. I moved into our new home 3 years ago. Although very pleased with our bedroom drapes, I was redecorating and wanted a new look and color. Since Half Price Drapes had a sale where all sizes we the same price I decided to go from ceiling to floor. What a difference! It gives the bedroom an elegant look and makes the room seem larger. I now wish I would have done the same in the living room. Next time maybe. Overall, very pleased with both the quality and service from this company. Thank you.

Every single pair of drapes in my home is from Half Price Drapes. The quality is phenomenal, customer service is exceptional and always friendly! For my most recent order, I ordered drapes on a Friday and received them via federal express on Sunday! The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the drapes!

The faux linen heavy drapes are beautifully made. Much less money than custom and great quality. They were shipped and received in a timely manner. The swatches they sent made it easy to decide which color to choose.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible company and awful customer service from Shirley. I ordered drapes that were depicted on the website to be 100% polyester (and thus treatable by the dry cleaners) and they arrived as polyester velvet and cannot be treated by dry cleaning without melting the fabric. The company denied my return and Shirley was extremely rude and condescending when I was simply trying to purchase quality curtains that I can actually hang in my house without terrible wrinkles in them. Absolute worst.

We started our window treatment project with our master bedroom, but couldn’t stop there when we saw just how amazing these drapes are! We have recently added Half Price Drapes to all of our windows & love how it looks!!

I ordered three roman shades for two guest rooms. We were not able to hang them right away and by the time they were hung and had company to operate them is when the issues became REAL! The mechanism in one of the shades sticks out of the fabric and when they were down and you cannot fix. They look like a pillow case. And when they are pulled all the way up; you can not achieve more than one fold and the two shades in the one room have different fold dimensions as their is two different size windows but the folds are not uniformed when pulled up. They look out of porportion and CHEAP!! My husband who is an engineer for 40 years has difficulty but is the only one who can manipulate them and it is quite embarassing when you have guests and they cannot operate themselves. It takes about 3 minutes to arrange the cord from underneath the shade to get them fully down and in place. You have to use your hands as the cord is not functional so then you have to make sure you have clean hands as you are touching the shade. I contacted them and was told you are passed the 30 days and there is nothing they can do. The first customer rep offered to give me 20% for my troubles as I am removing them and throwing them in the garbage. Well they rescinded and would not offer me the discount, nor would they remake the shades or give me store credit. BUYER BEWARE - THE COMPANY IS VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! BELIEVE ME, I DONT THINK THEY WOULD HAVE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY STUCK TO THEIR PROMISE OF A 20% DISCOUNT. I WAS DISHEARTENED AND FRUSTRATED AS I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. A REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMER IS HAPPY AND WOULD WANT A REPEAT CUSTOMER; BETTER YET REFER THEM. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR REVIEW.

HPD is terrific! The free swatch arrived earlier than expected, and looks just as presented on line. I needed a custom quote, which arrived sooo quickly - and when I had to correct the measurements (I''m ordering for a friend), a corrected quote arrived no more than an hour later: I didn't think service like this existed anymore. I keep visiting your website, considering new drapes for my living room. So glad I found you (actually, my sister recommended you - and she's delighted with her purchase!)
