Having been a midwestern Glossier Girly since 2017, I was so excited for an opportunity to actually visit a flagship store. My expectations were exceeded!! Such a cute and interactive store! Everyone is so nice, including even the other customers. Sydney in particular really stood out - she gave me her genuine opinions on various products and talked to me like a friend, not just an employee. Would absolutely recommend if you want to try Glossier irl!❤️

This company literally takes weeks to ship items out and it boggles my mind. This is the only company I buy from that takes as long as they do. I buy stuff from Europe that comes faster and it’s usually free shipping. This company charges me shipping so they can take weeks to process an item and weeks to then ship it out. Pathetic for such a large company already based in North America.

I was there Today cuz I love the glossier lipsticks and I went to show to one of my bestie, she’s here on vacation in Nyc but the store was supposedly close for a PRIVATE EVENT at 6:30 and was 8:45 anyway We was too close to the close hour and they literally take us out with my bestie. I mean I guess I understand you know but was so mean the way and the fact that we already been inside the store you know what I mean? If it’s a Private Event how you let me go inside and having your staff working, why nobody stop me at the moment that we cross the principal door in the beginning, but no they take me out so rude and mean, also just 15 min to close the store like you know, I’m also a costumer but was so disappointed!! Next time put someone in the front door cuz it’s so disgusting when you do that with all the people around!!

Soooo cool place ever

THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Between Google and Glossier you think they would’ve fixed this so I didn’t schlep in 90 degree heat across the Holland Tunnel traffic to get to a place that is not Glossier. And then the new address did not show up on google, you have to go to the website. Please fix this.

I love the sent, but it evaporates very quickly. This perfume cost too much to not hold a sent. I am very disappointed.

It’s CLOSED but it doesn’t say anything about that in the Google information so please don’t waste your time and don’t go to this location expecting a glossier store.
