Choukri was my third driving instructor in my driving learning journey, but thanks to Choukri at Safe Roads School, it turned into an empowering and even enjoyable experience. Extremely patient and respectful. From the very first lesson, Choukri made me feel at ease. He’s not just an efficient instructor—he’s a confidence builder. Before anything else, he focuses on making you feel capable behind the wheel. No pressure, no stress—just calm, steady encouragement. He has a natural gift for teaching in a way that feels relaxed but still highly focused and he delivers real learning experience. It’s hard to overstate how helpful that is, especially if you're nervous or starting from scratch. One of the things I appreciated most is that Choukri doesn’t just teach you how to pass the test—he teaches you how to drive well, for life, I passed my test thanks to him and I am planning to take a couple additional hours for advanced driving. He has some of the smartest little tricks and methods that truly simplify driving and take the guesswork out of situations that can be overwhelming at first (parallel parking, anyone?). He’s incredibly flexible with scheduling, always punctual, and just an all-around reliable human being. Mr Chokri is the best driving instructor for new drivers learning to drive late in life. He is strict yet patient and makes sure you learn all the skills needed to not just pass the test but also excel in driving on the road. I passed my road test in the second attempt at Newark DMV and it is all thanks to him. I am lucky to have found such a wonderful instructor and I wouldn’t have been able to pass the road test or become a more confident driver without his guidance. Kudos to SafeRoads and Mr. Chokri.

I was very happy with the service. The instructor( Chokri) picked me and dropped me off at my place after the road test. He made sure that he told me all the tips I needed for me to pass the test. I recommend this driving school as they put in everything to make you pass. I went through the test in confidence and passed at once.

It was a breeze, calling and setting up any appointments was easy as can be. The instructor chokri is hands down one of the kindest, patient & respectful drivers I've had the pleasure of learning with. He made it fun and easy 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of getting their license!

I needed to practice before the test and refresh the basics, as I hadn’t driven for a long time and had only a foreign license. In the end, I decided to take 4 driving lessons before the test. I passed on the first try. The lessons were with Chokri, and pick-up and drop-off were right by my home, which was very convenient. Chokri prepared me very well for the test (parking, K-turn, etc.), and we even drove to Newark to review the possible test route. I highly recommend him!

Chokri was great! I was a bit nervous when driving in the main road but he assured me that he’ll guide me. He was also not that strict and tells jokes from time to time which was very considerate of him. Highly recommend for first timers! We only did regular driving in the city, and parallel parking. The car that we used has a dual brake system. I also booked online but contacting them is the best option. Due to traffic, he wasn’t able to come at the expected time but we still completed 90 mins of driving lesson.
