I love your. Products, the vape's are great.The only problem that I have now is not the only ones that have a screen on it leak. I was wondering if you all fixed the issue yet. I would love to move forward and buy more of your products.

I love Canna River products and their customer service. I use the CBD products for my dogs, one of whom suffers from arthritis, the other from a car accident injury. Their products help with the pain and stiffness. I can tell by the way they walk and climb the steps in our house. I like that CR makes their lab testing reports available to read about its product authenticity. I suffer from pain daily and my doctor doesn't care about me. The Gabapentin she gives me for pain doesn't help at all. She would rather me come in for labs every 3 months so she can get paid. I have tried many things including alcohol which caused me to have a leaky gut but thanks to me and another product and not her it's gone. I used to smoke marijuana for pain but it hurt my throat to smoke which is the source of the pain to begin with. Since I found this company and I have been using their products my headaches seem to have eased up and my throat pain seem to have eased up. Hopefully next year I can find me a new doctor who will help me, but until then I will continue to use their products for my pain I would recommend them to anybody that experience pain. Let me add that I have add I got a subscription to them which they take a percentage off. And let me also add the lady named Jessica to answer the phone was very very helpful every time I called and seemed very friendly.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I was given. My elderly mother ordered something without my help. She ordered the wrong product and couldn’t figure out the discount code. I reached out to the customer service department and was promptly given the help I needed, and the issues were resolved. They even gave her the refund based on what the sale was at the time she made the purchase. They have a customer for life with me. I was so blown away that they went above and beyond to that level.
