A few years ago, I ordered several dresses for a wedding. I was truly impressed by the quality of the dresses. Thanks to the size chart, they fit perfectly. Now, I have decided to order again and I’m looking forward to receiving more breathtaking evening gowns. I can highly recommend The Dress Outlet.

I ordered three dresses from this company to try for my son‘s upcoming wedding. When I receive the dresses, I didn’t have the time to try them on immediately. When I finally tried them on and realized none of them were what they appeared, and I did not like any of them, I went to the website to try to return the dresses. When it stated that none of the dresses were eligible for return, I emailed and was told that since it was outside of the seven day window of receiving the dresses, a return would not be accepted. So now I am stuck with three formal dresses, that I do not like at all, and can’t return them. I would have even been happy with store credit to try a different style of dress. The dresses are in perfect condition and all tags are still attached. I will add that when I receive the dresses all three were crammed into a box that was way too small for the dresses themselves, and I was disappointed with the packaging and how I received them. I would not recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company unless you have the time to return it immediately after you receive the item. And if you work a full-time job and commute an hour from your work, sometimes that’s hard to do. The customer service was not helpful or accommodating in any way. Don’t waste your time or your money. Because you’ll lose both.

This is a terrible online store to purchase from. I bought a dress and when the dress arrived, it looked like it was made from a cheap material and the dress did not fit either. Decided to exchange for another dress and the second dress also did not fit. I emailed the company and was informed that I was not unable to exchange or get my money back because according to them I had already done an exchange and this was not an option since their return policy only allows for one return per order. I never said I wanted to exchange for anything else, I just wanted my money back since the dress did not even fit. I will not be purchasing anything else from this terrible dress store. They have bad customer service and only rip off customers with their dumb policy.
